Eyebrow Transplantation
Eyebrow transplantation can restore a more defined appearance to the eyebrows. Dr. O’Dea, with assistance from trained technicians, can use FUE extraction methods to harvest healthy hair follicles from the back of the head before replanting them into the eyebrow region in a patient’s desired shape.

Dr. O’Dea, with assistance from trained technicians, can perform either the FUE or FUT extraction techniques to harvest the hair grafts before replanting them into the recipient area. Female Hair Transplant

FUE Hair Transplantation
Follicular Unit Extraction, also known as FUE, is one of the two methods of hair transplantation. This method is minimally invasive and involves the extraction of individual follicles using a micro punch tool. (2) From there, the grafts are placed into the targeted area, and they will continue to grow.
FUT Hair Transplantation
Follicular Unit Transplantation, also known as FUT, is considered the traditional and original hair transplantation technique. Dr. O’Dea, with assistance from trained technicians, performs this procedure by excising a strip of tissue containing grafts from the back of the scalp, before extracting, separating, and transplanting the individual hair follicles. This technique is often performed on patients who need a larger number of hair grafts or those who prefer wearing their hair longer.
Regenera Activa Treatment
Regenera Activa is a device that can create a concentrated solution of different regenerative cells and growth factors from harvested hair follicles. Dr. O’Dea, with assistance from trained technicians, will first harvest several hair follicles from the back of each patient’s scalp using small punches and then process them in the Regenera Activa device. Once the solution has been created, it will be injected uniformly into each patient’s scalp. (3)
Recovery
It is normal for patients to take a few days off to focus on healing after their treatments. Many patients experience temporary effects like redness, tenderness, or bruising, which typically dissipate quickly. It is recommended that patients rest for the first several days to avoid irritating or accidentally removing their transplanted hair grafts, while also avoiding activities like swimming, shaving, or using specific hair products. Most patients can return to work within three to four days and can return to full activity within a week or two. Dr. O’Dea will provide more detailed information during each patient’s consultation.
Results
The results of our hair restoration services can take several months to manifest. Patients can start to experience new growth after three to six months following their transplant, with results becoming more apparent after six to twelve months. As the new hair grows in, it will blend seamlessly into each patient’s naturally occurring hair.
