Procedure

Dr. O’Dea will begin your Regenera Activa treatment by administering local anesthesia to the back of the scalp. He will then harvest a couple of scalp tissue samples using a 4 mm punch tool. After harvesting the hair follicles, he will process them with the Regenera Activa system to create a solution of growth factors, regenerative cells, and stem cells. Dr. O’Dea administers this solution via injections into the scalp at 1-cm intervals, targeting the same depth as the hair follicles across the treatment area. This treatment lasts 1-2 hours, and it can be paired with others or be a standalone procedure.
